The State-to-State Rate offered will depend on your monthly usage
- 3.9¢ Per Minute Plan Full minute billing - $2.50/month if usage less than $15/month.
- 4.25¢ Per Minute Plan 6/18 billing - $25 combined minimum usage required*.
- 4.5¢ Per Minute Plan 6/30 billing - No minimum usage required.
You will also need to add a $1 monthly fee per toll free number on all plans.
